Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon scratches the management itch nicely. You start with one runway and a couple of gates and slowly build up into a sprawling hub, juggling flights, staff, and passenger happiness. It's the kind of game where you look up and an hour has vanished.

The simulation is deep enough to keep you tinkering but not so complex that it becomes a spreadsheet. Watching your little airport get busier is genuinely satisfying, and there's a good sense of progression as you unlock bigger planes and terminals.

It leans on a slow build, so patient players will get the most out of it. There are moments where it nudges you to wait, but you can always plan around them. A solid pick if you like sims that let you build at your own pace.
